  • I have 39 years of triathlon competition and 19 years of coaching experience.

  • I  have  worked with both those who want to progress from walking to running a first race to Ironman racers.

  • I have coached individuals and groups from children to athletes in their 80s.

  • I work closely and patiently with each of my athletes to help them achieve many different challenging and exciting goals.

  • I will help you avoid injury by ensuring you do the right kind of personalized cross and strength training.

  • I am highly passionate about helping individuals fall in love with the fitness journey and  helping them achieve even “impossible” goals.

  • I would love to help YOU conquer your fitness challenges... At 51 I am still setting PRs in distances that include the marathon.

  • I believe that goals can and should be set at every age, and that impossible goals can be achieved with the right coaching and mindset.
